Performance tuned and high-flow exhaust systems are an easy way to extract horsepower and torque from your modified engine. Increasing bore diameter to “big bore” dimensions also increases exhaust gas flow. This in turn improves the engines’ breathing efficiency – meaning more horsepower and torque. Keep in mind that an exhaust pipe diameter that is too large can reduce power and torque gains – especially on normally aspirated engines.

TRR Headers are a tuned length extractor system, and are available to fit many Japanese car applications for normally aspirated and turbocharged cars. TRR also have available turbo headers designed for external wastegate or standard set-ups including Honda turbo conversions. Another popular TRR exhaust upgrade, especially for naturally aspirated cars is the TRR Twin Loop muffler. The Twin Loop muffler is one of the quietest high performance mufflers on the market; the Twin Loop is able to flow as well as a straight through muffler, but without being too loud for the WOF.
Mandrel Bent Full Exhaust Systems are usually only available from expensive manufacturers. We now have mandrel bent systems for many Japanese cars in mild steel and stainless steel manufactured in New Zealand and delivered to your door at less than half the price of comparable systems. The advantage of mandrel bending an exhaust system is that the bends are perfectly formed, which allows excellent exhaust gas flow and reduced turbulence.
New to our range of exhaust systems is X Force. Their systems are beautifully manufactured in polished stainless steel using mandrel bends and high strength flanges. Each X Force exhaust system is designed specifically for each vehicle application with power gains as high as 40 horsepower on completely standard cars – more if other modifications have been made.
